Exchange & Returns

Size exchanges within 7 days of delivery on unworn pairs with the original box, tags and accessories intact. Try them on indoors, on a clean surface — outsoles must stay unmarked.

Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the size you need. We confirm availability, arrange a courier pickup, and dispatch the replacement as soon as the original pair is received and re-inspected — usually within 48 hours.

The first size exchange is free on orders above PKR 15,000. Otherwise a flat PKR 400 covers the two-way courier leg.

Most listings are single pairs. If your replacement size isn't available, choose another pair of equal value or take a full refund to your original payment method — bank transfers for COD orders are processed within 3–5 working days.

Worn pairs, missing or damaged boxes, removed tags, and damage caused after delivery. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted; exchanges are for fit only.

If a pair arrives damaged or doesn't match its listing, send photos on WhatsApp within 48 hours. We arrange a pickup and issue a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
