Our Process
How We Verify
Four checkpoints stand between an imported pair and your order confirmation.
1. Import & intake
Pairs are sourced from trusted overseas suppliers and estate lots, prioritising stock that has barely been worn. Each pair is logged on arrival with supplier reference, size, colour and the condition claimed at purchase.
2. Physical inspection
Two team members inspect independently. We check stitch density and alignment, glue lines along the midsole, insole prints and stitching, tongue and size tags, lace tips, outsole tread pattern, and the print quality and barcode on the box label.
Anything inconsistent — a font that's slightly off, a midsole seam that doesn't sit right, a barcode that doesn't match the size tag — sends the pair straight back to the supplier.
3. Condition grading
Surviving pairs are graded. Only 10/10 makes the site: no toe-box creasing, no midsole yellowing, no heel drag, clean tread, intact branding and an original box. Pairs below that grade are rejected rather than listed at a discount.
4. Deep clean & pack
Uppers, midsoles, laces and insoles are cleaned with sneaker-safe solutions, deodorised and left to air dry. The pair is then wrapped, boxed, sealed with a tamper strip and handed to the courier within 24 hours of your order.
If something still isn't right
In the rare case a pair reaches you in a condition that doesn't match its listing, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours with photos. We arrange a pickup and issue a replacement or a full refund — no argument.
